Why TanFlow
Everything you need to run your tan business — in one place.
TanFlow gives independent spray tan therapists a professional booking page, a diary that works the way you do, and automated client reminders — without the fees or the fuss.
Your own booking page
A unique link your clients book from. They see real availability and reserve a slot in seconds — no more back-and-forth messages.
Your diary, your hours
Set studio and mobile hours, block out holidays and control exactly when you work. Every booking fits around your life.
Automated confirmations & reminders
Confirmation and reminder emails go out on their own, so clients show up prepared and no-shows drop right down.
Run it all from your phone
Manage bookings, services and availability wherever you are. Your clients book on their phone too.
Set up your page in minutes
Add your services, set your hours and share your link. No setup fees, no monthly minimum.
